Spring cleaning (Desk)

Hey everyone! I'm really sorry I haven't posted in forever. I have been really busy lately. So there is going to be a quick change of plans.... i'm not going to do part two to my last post. Sorry. But, i'm going to write about something almost everyone hates... SPRING CLEANING! So I recently noticed my room was extremely cluttered. I had stuff that I never ever used, clothes I don't wear, and old toys or papers from years past. I was sooo tired of it. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and redo my room. Now it sounds like much more work than it really is... All I had to do was get some trash bags, boxes or tubs, and a couple cleaning supplies. Easy so far right? So the first thing I did was go to an area of my room that was infested with junk. So I chose my desk area. I had papers, songs, fashion designs, etc. under the desk. And, on top of the desk I had pencils, pens, makers, tape, anything and everything craft or school related. It was terrible! And, I was a little intimidated by the mess... So I told myself "Just take one step at a time." And, that's exactly what I did. And, what you should do...
First go through all the papers. Take one by one and decide if it was worth keeping. If it was a fashion design I asked myself if it was one of my best. Same with my old songs. If they weren't I just through them away. By then you should only have a very small stack of papers. Next grab any kind of jar or organizer and out all your pencils and pens in it. Next Get out another jar or organizer and put all your markers in it. basically the goal here is to de-clutter the whole area. Then if you have any pictures or any decorations set them up in a way you like it best. by then your desk should be clean.. if there is still more decide if its trash or not. If it's not put it anyway some where else. Thanks for reading! Talk to ya later on The Rory Report!
